Thank you for attending the February 17, 2004 CAC meeting. As per our discussions, there will not be a CAC meeting until the project team has new information regarding the project status. It is expected that the internal project review currently ongoing within Pima County will be completed this month and design efforts will move forward. We anticipate that the next CAC meeting will be Tuesday, May 18, 2004 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the First Evangelical Free Church, 4700 N. Swan Road. This will allow the design team reasonable preparation time once they have been directed to proceed. A copy of the meeting agenda with the description of the project scope will be sent to you once we proceed with the preliminary design. Enclosed you will find a copy of the
February meeting summary for your review and records. We ask that you review this summary now and note any comments while the meeting is still fresh in your memory. Also, you will find a copy of the revised
meeting summary for December 16,
2003.
