Dear CAC Member:

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting scheduled for Tuesday, September 16, 2003 has been rescheduled. This is mainly due to summertime delays in completing contractual matters between the County and our Consultant, EEC. The needed contract amendment is on the Board of Supervisors' agenda for Tuesday, September 9, 2003. If the amendment is approved by the Board our next CAC meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2003 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the First Evangelical Free Church, 4700 N. Swan Road. A copy of the meeting agenda will be sent to you at a later date. We will contact you with an update and additional information if this contract amendment is not approved at the September 9th meeting.
