Dear CAC Member:

The Community Advisory Committee (CAC) meeting scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2003 will be rescheduled. As mentioned in the letter you received last month we could not proceed with the project design until the County Board of Supervisors' approved the necessary contract amendment with our consultant. This amendment was approved last Tuesday, October 7, 2003, and as a result our next CAC meeting will be scheduled for Tuesday, November 18, 2003 from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the First Evangelical Free Church, 4700 N. Swan Road. At that time we will discuss new design alternatives that are being evaluated in order to reduce the overall project cost, and address local issues and concerns. A copy of the meeting agenda will be sent to you in the next few weeks.
