Project Description:	Maintenance & Rehabilitation of existing urban and rural arterial and collector streets that have experienced varied degrees of deterioration. Selected roadways are structurally sound, but do require varying degrees of pavement preservation treatment to mitigate further degradation. Surface rehabilitation will extend roadway life and provide improved riding and driving conditions.
